Forter Partners with Chewy to Enhance Digital Commerce Security
Forter has announced a new partnership with Chewy, Inc. to bring its AI-powered Trust Platform to the online pet retailer, announced in a press release. This collaboration aims to enhance security management, payment optimization, and chargeback recovery for Chewy's digital commerce operations.
Forter's platform, which is supported by a global network of over 300,000 online businesses and 1.8 billion shoppers, will help Chewy improve transaction security and efficiency. The platform's identity intelligence capabilities are designed to support businesses in scaling operations and adapting to demand spikes without additional resources.
Chewy's Vice President of Product, Adam Peck, emphasized the company's commitment to providing a secure and seamless shopping experience for pet owners. Forter's CEO, Michael Reitblat, highlighted the partnership's potential to reduce checkout friction and optimize payment success, ultimately benefiting both Chewy and its customers.
