CloudForge has emerged from stealth and raised $3.95 million in funding to expand its AI-powered sales and procurement platform for the metals supply chain, announced in a press release. The funding round included participation from Zero Infinity Partners, Resolute Ventures, and Bienville Capital.

CloudForge’s platform is designed to help metal service centers, fabricators, and machine shops streamline their sales and sourcing processes. It uses AI and a database of more than 165,000 verified metal companies across North America to match buyers and suppliers, manage customer relationships, and execute material sourcing.

The new funding will be used to accelerate product development, expand AI capabilities, and scale engineering and customer success teams. Early adopters such as Tri-State Steel and Metals & Alloys have reported faster deal cycles and improved procurement efficiency using the platform.
