Loop AI has raised $14 million in Series A funding led by Nyca Partners to expand its AI platform for restaurant and retail back-office operations, with Osama Bedier joining the company's board.

San Francisco-based Loop AI has raised $14 million in Series A funding, announced in a press release. The round was led by Nyca Partners, with participation from Base10, Afore Capital, Converge, Alumni Ventures, Data Tech Fund, Gokul Rajaram, John Pepper, 9Yards Capital, and Operators Studio. Osama Bedier, investment partner at Nyca Partners and former executive at Google and GoDaddy, will join Loop AI’s board of directors.

Founded in 2022, Loop AI develops an enterprise-grade AI platform for restaurant and retail back-office operations. The company’s technology uses agentic workflows to help restaurants manage delivery operations while maintaining profit margins comparable to in-store sales.

Loop AI plans to use the new capital to expand its product suite and increase headcount across its offices in New York, San Francisco, Tampa, and Bangalore. The company reports sixfold growth since 2024 and now supports thousands of restaurants, including brands such as Lazy Dog and Starbird.

Clients use Loop AI’s tools to optimize delivery strategies and improve operational efficiency as the delivery segment continues to grow within the restaurant industry.
