FieldAI has raised $405 million to advance its development of universal robot brains, announced in a press release. The Irvine, California-based startup aims to create foundational embodied AI models, known as Field Foundation Models, which enable robots to adapt to diverse environments. This funding round was co-led by Bezos Expeditions, Prysm, and Temasek, with participation from other notable investors such as Khosla Ventures and Intel Capital.

FieldAI's approach focuses on integrating physics into AI models to manage risk and safety, allowing robots to operate safely in new and complex environments. The company plans to use the newly raised capital to accelerate global growth, support product development, and expand its team. FieldAI's technology is already being deployed across industries like construction, energy, and urban delivery, demonstrating its potential to transform industrial operations.
