Eluvio and Imagn Images Collaborate on AI-Driven Photo Editing Workflow
Eluvio, a pioneer in Content AI and Fabric technology, has partnered with Imagn Images, the largest sports-image wire service in the U.S., to develop an advanced AI-driven photo editing workflow. Announced on February 11, 2025, this strategic pilot aims to revolutionize the way professional sports and editorial photography is processed.
The collaboration leverages multi-modal artificial intelligence and multiple AI/ML models, integrated with the Eluvio Content Fabric, to enhance the tagging, captioning, and processing of images. This initiative is designed to increase the speed and accuracy of photo editing without compromising quality, a crucial factor given Imagn's extensive coverage of over 10,000 sporting events annually.
The first proof of concept was successfully tested during Super Bowl LIX at the Caesars Superdome in New Orleans. The pilot demonstrated the ability to produce fully tagged and captioned images with unprecedented efficiency, setting new standards for time savings and accuracy in the industry.
Eluvio's CEO, Michelle Munson, highlighted the potential of this technology to disrupt the editorial image space by providing a scalable solution that can enhance distribution and monetization for video and image production teams globally.
