Datasea Enters Smart Health Wearables Market with Acoustic Technology
Datasea Inc. has signed a service agreement with Hainan Zhixingjian Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. to commercialize acoustic smart health shoes, announced in a press release. This agreement marks Datasea's entry into the $1 trillion smart health wearables market.
Under the 12-month contract, Datasea will provide proprietary acoustic health hardware and software solutions for smart health insoles. These insoles will feature functions such as heating, weight monitoring, ultrasonic sterilization, and fatigue relief. The technology service fees will be based on the production quantity, with a minimum guaranteed fee if production targets are not met.
Hainan Zhixingjian, known for its innovative smart health wearables, will integrate Datasea's acoustic technology into its product line, which includes smart shoes and wellness devices. This collaboration is expected to generate up to RMB 7 million (approximately USD 0.98 million) in technology service fees for Datasea during the contract period.
