Soaak launches AI sound frequency tool for wearables

Oct 7, 2026
Find My Frequency uses biometric data and user input to create personalized sound frequency sessions, then measures changes through connected wearables.

Soaak Technologies announced in a press release the launch of Find My Frequency, an AI tool that creates personalized sound frequency sessions using biometric data and user input. The tool supports Apple Watch, Garmin, Google Fitbit, Oura and WHOOP devices.

Find My Frequency analyzes measurements such as sleep, heart rate and heart rate variability alongside information entered or spoken by the user. After each session, a connected wearable measures the user's biometrics again, while session ratings and biometric responses inform future recommendations.

The tool also works without a wearable, using information supplied directly by the user. Find My Frequency is available through the Soaak app on iOS and Android.
