CookieYes Adds Cookie Consent Tools to Claude and ChatGPT
CookieYes announced in a press release a Model Context Protocol server that connects its consent management platform with Claude, ChatGPT, and other AI assistants. Customers can use prompts to check banner status, review scan results, retrieve installation code, and determine whether banners are active.
The server provides 10 tools, including seven read only tools. The other three can start scans or change banner colors, layouts, positions, and preference center styles, but each action requires user approval.
Access uses OAuth 2.1 with PKCE and must be enabled by the account owner. Connected assistants cannot retrieve personal data, consent records, cookie values, credentials, billing information, or account member details. The server is available with every CookieYes plan, including its free plan.
