Coconut Software Launches Multi-LOB for Unified Banking Operations
Coconut Software has introduced Multi-Lines of Business (Multi-LOB), an AI-powered solution designed to help financial institutions unify their operations across departments, announced in a press release. The new capability connects operations, workforce planning, and customer engagement within a single Intelligent Branch Solutions platform.
The Multi-LOB feature enables banks to manage multiple lines of business—such as retail, wealth, and commercial—within one system while maintaining strict data separation and permissions. It also supports shared client profiles with configurable visibility and cross-booking, allowing staff to schedule and join meetings across departments.
By consolidating these functions, Coconut Software aims to reduce administrative overhead and streamline cross-department collaboration. The company stated that Multi-LOB helps financial institutions accelerate cross-sell cycles, improve client engagement, and gain enterprise-wide visibility into performance.
