Triple Whale Launches Moby 2 AI System for Ecommerce Operations
Triple Whale announced in a press release the launch of Moby 2, an AI system built to manage ecommerce operations beyond analytics. The platform is available to over 60,000 ecommerce and retail brands and is designed to perform autonomous tasks across marketing, creative production, and site optimization.
Moby 2 is powered by Triple Whale’s measurement infrastructure, real time ecommerce data, and Context Engine, which integrates attribution, marketing mix modeling, and incrementality testing. The system connects to major AI models including GPT, Claude, and Gemini to generate campaigns, forecast inventory, analyze performance, and take direct action across platforms.
The release introduces three Moby Specialists. Moby Media Buyer manages advertising campaigns across Meta and Google. Moby Creative Director generates and tests ad creative to maintain engagement. Moby Conversion Optimizer builds and refines landing pages to increase conversion rates. Each Specialist can operate in Copilot mode for approval-based workflows or Autopilot mode for autonomous execution within set parameters.
Triple Whale also detailed Compass, a unified measurement platform combining marketing mix modeling, incrementality testing, and multi-touch attribution. Compass delivers AI generated action plans to help marketing teams adjust budgets and improve performance based on verified data.
