Cove has expanded its CoveAI intelligence layer to all clients, adding new tools for insurance compliance, work order management, and tenant communications across commercial real estate portfolios.

Cove has expanded its CoveAI platform to all clients, adding new capabilities for portfolio level operations announced in a press release. The update introduces tools for Certificate of Insurance review, work order intelligence, and tenant communications.

CoveAI now automatically extracts and reviews key insurance data from uploaded documents, identifying coverage gaps and compliance issues. A new work order intelligence feature summarizes maintenance histories, providing concise overviews of actions taken and current status. The tenant communications feature generates building wide and tenant specific messages for email, push notifications, and in-building displays.

Initially launched earlier in 2026 to a limited group of clients, CoveAI is now available across more than 2,000 commercial properties representing over 600 million square feet nationwide. The platform is used by owners and operators including Blackstone, Nuveen, Longfellow, and RXR, and powers properties such as Willis Tower in Chicago and 75 Rockefeller Plaza in New York City.
