Caseflood Secures $3.2M to Advance AI Voice Agents for Law Firms
Caseflood, a California-based startup specializing in AI voice agents for law firms, has raised $3.2 million in funding. The investment round included contributions from Acquisition.com, Y Combinator, and several other investors, as announced in a press release by Global Newswire. The funds will be used to bolster research and support the engineering team, aiming to push the boundaries of voice agent capabilities.
Caseflood's AI voice agent, Luna, is designed to handle various tasks such as outbound calling, SMS follow-ups, and booking paid consultations. The company claims that Luna can conduct conversations lasting over 30 minutes and book consultations 30% more effectively than human staff. This technology is particularly beneficial for small and mid-sized law firms, although it could also be applied to specific departments in larger firms.
Ethan Hilton, co-founder and CEO of Caseflood, highlighted the company's rapid growth, noting an 80% month-over-month increase in revenue. The startup is now collaborating with major personal injury firms across the nation, leveraging its AI to enhance client intake and communication processes.
