Callidus Legal AI has secured $10 million in funding to advance its AI platform designed for litigators, announced in a press release. The funding round was led by Cervin Ventures, with participation from AI Fund, Myriad Venture Partners, and others.

The new capital will be used to accelerate product development and expand the team, supporting Callidus' growth trajectory through the second half of 2025. The company aims to double the speed of its product development to better serve its 1,000+ customers and extend its market reach.

Callidus' platform automates core litigation workflows, offering solutions such as exhaustive precedent research and citation-rich litigation documents. The AI system is designed to keep lawyers involved in the decision-making process, significantly reducing the time required for legal research and drafting.

In May, Callidus launched its most advanced legal research and drafting system, powered by proprietary engineering and a comprehensive U.S. case law database. The company plans to introduce new platform features throughout the year to address the core needs of litigators across the litigation lifecycle.
