Built In has introduced a new platform that helps companies evaluate and shape how AI tools describe their employer brand, offering an Employer Brand Reputation Score and insights across key reputation pillars.

Chicago-based Built In has introduced a platform designed to help companies measure and shape their employer brand reputation in AI-driven hiring, announced in a press release. The solution aims to make organizations more visible and trusted in an environment where job seekers increasingly rely on AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity to inform career decisions.

The platform includes an Employer Brand Reputation (EBR) Score and report, which analyze how AI models describe a company across seven areas such as workplace perception, career growth, compensation, leadership, work-life balance, and stability. These insights allow employers to understand and influence how their brand is represented by AI systems.

Built In’s platform combines employer brand analytics, AI-optimized content, and hiring tools to help companies act on findings from their EBR Score. Employers can request a free EBR Score to see how AI currently portrays their organization and identify opportunities to strengthen their brand narrative.
