Boomband Launches AI Talent Platform Across New England

Boomband has launched across New England with nearly 500,000 job listings and tools for job seekers and employers.

Boomband, founded by Monster.com creator Jeff Taylor, launched across New England on September 16, 2026, as announced in a press release. The AI talent platform offers nearly 500,000 roles, with listings updated daily across Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine, Connecticut and Rhode Island.

Its Arena discovery engine matches people with roles based on meaning and alignment rather than keywords. Job seekers can create a portable profile called a Dossier from a resume, LinkedIn profile or biography, while an AI coach records career history, skills and interests. A tool called Power Lab then creates a Skillprint.

Employers can search for candidates, distribute job listings, create verified company profiles and manage talent pools that include current employees, alumni and past applicants. Boomband plans to expand into New York and New Jersey next.
