Atrium has introduced an enterprise SaaS platform that enables investors and analysts to assess bank balance sheet risk down to individual financed properties. The company also secured $4 million in funding from Castle Island Ventures and EJF Ventures to expand its data coverage.

Atrium has launched an AI-enabled credit intelligence platform designed to help bank and real estate investors analyze balance sheet risk at a granular level, announced in a press release. The enterprise SaaS platform allows users to drill from a bank’s balance sheet to each building it finances in one click, enabling proactive monitoring of credit exposure.

The platform integrates data from bank regulatory filings, county mortgage records, parcel maps, foreclosure and default filings, and property-level intelligence to identify loan-level risks before they impact financial statements. Atrium’s system supports continuous monitoring to help analysts and investors detect potential credit issues earlier.

The company has raised $4 million in funding from Castle Island Ventures and EJF Ventures to accelerate product development and expand nationwide data coverage. Atrium’s platform is now available as an enterprise subscription with role-based access, and institutional teams can request demos or security review materials through the company’s website.
