OPAQUE has secured $24 million in Series B funding led by Walden Catalyst, with participation from Intel Capital, Race Capital, Storm Ventures, Thomvest, and the Advanced Technology Research Council. The funding values the company at about $300 million and will accelerate development of its Confidential AI platform for enterprises handling sensitive data.

OPAQUE has raised $24 million in Series B funding at a $300 million valuation, announced in a press release. The round was led by Walden Catalyst Ventures, with participation from returning investors including Intel Capital, Race Capital, Storm Ventures, Thomvest, and new investor and strategic partner Advanced Technology Research Council (ATRC).

The funding brings OPAQUE's total capital raised to $55.5 million. The company plans to use the investment to expand its Confidential AI platform, which provides enterprises with verifiable privacy, policy enforcement, and model integrity for AI systems operating on sensitive data.

OPAQUE’s platform enables organizations to verify that data remains private during computation and that AI models comply with governance policies at runtime. The company is also extending its technology into post-quantum security, confidential AI training, and sovereign cloud environments to support secure enterprise-scale AI deployments.

The Series B follows OPAQUE’s recent launch of OPAQUE Studio, a development environment for building and deploying Confidential AI agents with runtime-verifiable privacy and compliance features.
