Aether Holdings has acquired PublicView.ai, an AI-driven market intelligence platform, to integrate its capabilities into Aether Grid and strengthen its data analytics for investors.

Aether Holdings, Inc. has acquired PublicView.ai, an AI-driven market intelligence platform, announced in a press release. The acquisition will integrate PublicView.ai’s capabilities into Aether Grid, Aether’s investment analytics subsidiary.

PublicView.ai uses artificial intelligence to parse and summarize SEC filings, extract insights from earnings materials, and streamline research workflows for investors and analysts. Its tools enable users to access and organize public market data efficiently, supporting research across equities and digital assets.

According to Aether, the integration will expand Aether Grid’s analytics suite by combining technical signals, sentiment indicators, and fundamental research. The company said the move enhances its AI-enabled fintech ecosystem and strengthens its public markets coverage for both retail and institutional investors.

Aether Holdings develops data-driven platforms and media assets for financial analysis, with Aether Grid providing charting, sentiment indicators, and backtesting tools for market participants.
