American Residential Services (ARS) and Bluon have announced a strategic partnership to integrate AI and equipment data into ARS's field service platform, enhancing HVAC service capabilities.

American Residential Services (ARS) and Bluon have announced a strategic partnership to transform HVAC service capabilities through the integration of AI and equipment data. In a press release, ARS revealed plans to incorporate Bluon's AI Tech Support and extensive equipment database into their proprietary field service platform.

This collaboration will provide ARS's nationwide network of technicians with access to Bluon's comprehensive HVAC equipment database and AI-powered troubleshooting assistant, MasterMechanic™. Key features of the integration include advanced equipment identification through OCR scanner technology and AI-powered technical support, which will enhance service accuracy and efficiency.

The implementation is expected to be completed by early Spring 2025, offering ARS technicians enhanced capabilities to address the skilled labor shortage in the HVAC industry while improving first-time fix rates and reducing diagnostic times.
