Alpha Vision and A+ Guard Unveil AI Retail Security Solution
Alpha Vision and A+ Guard have announced a partnership to deliver an AI-powered security solution for retail environments, announced in a press release. This collaboration integrates Alpha Vision's advanced video analytics with A+ Guard's 24/7 remote monitoring and live deterrence capabilities.
The joint solution aims to address challenges in loss prevention and customer engagement by offering a proactive approach. Alpha Vision's platform features the AI Inspector, which autonomously monitors camera feeds to detect suspicious activity in real time. Additionally, the Magic Search tool allows for quick retrieval of relevant footage using natural language queries. Other features include people-counting heatmaps and dwell-time analytics, providing insights into customer traffic patterns.
A+ Guard enhances these capabilities with human-led monitoring services, verifying AI-generated alerts and issuing real-time voice warnings through on-site speakers. This approach has proven effective in defusing incidents before escalation. If further action is needed, A+ Guard coordinates with local authorities for a timely response.
The system is designed for flexibility, with weatherproof hardware units equipped with 25x PTZ cameras, integrated speakers, sirens, and 4G/LTE connectivity. A+ Guard's Total Protection plan starts at $999 per month, including four HD security cameras, IP speakers, and 24/7 live monitoring.
