Accrete Secures $15 Million Funding for Argus Platform Enhancement
Accrete Government, a subsidiary of Accrete, Inc., has been awarded a $15 million Strategic Funding Increase (STRATFI) for Program Year 2025 by AFWERX, the innovation arm of the Department of the Air Force, and SpaceWERX, the U.S. Space Force's innovation division. This funding will be used to enhance Accrete's Argus for Social Media Influence platform, announced in a press release.
The enhancements will include expanding the platform's coverage to foreign social media platforms, advancing predictive modeling, and improving the capabilities of expert AI agents. These advancements aim to provide the Department of Defense with improved situational awareness of low-density social media platforms that are currently unmonitored.
Accrete's CEO, Bill Wall, emphasized the importance of this funding in reinforcing the Air Force's confidence in their products, which are designed to enable impactful and effective operations. The company has worked closely with its customers to identify additional functionalities that support specific mission requirements, ensuring that the Argus platform continues to deliver critical insights for national defense.
