ACC Intelligence has introduced Definity, a synthetic audience platform that allows brands to test creative campaigns and messaging against digital twins of their key audiences. The platform uses AI models trained on census data, behavioral patterns, and ethnographic research to simulate responses from different stakeholder groups.

ACC Intelligence has launched Definity, a synthetic audience platform designed to help brands pre-test creative campaigns and messaging, announced in a press release. The company describes the platform as a “flight simulator” for marketing decisions, enabling teams to simulate audience responses in seconds and forecast campaign outcomes.

Definity generates high-fidelity digital twins of customers, investors, employees, regulators, and media using census data, behavioral patterns, ethnographic research, and proprietary online behavior signals. The system includes pre-built cohorts for Gen Alpha, Gen Z, and Millennials, with options for custom modeling across different stakeholder groups.

The platform’s synthetic audience technology was validated through a study conducted with USC Annenberg, comparing simulated responses with those of 509 real Gen Alpha participants. The study achieved a 96% alignment rate, confirming the accuracy of Definity’s predictive models. According to ACC Intelligence, the platform is already being used by Fortune 500 companies to test creative concepts and reduce decision-making risks.

Definity includes built-in privacy protections, accuracy validations, and bias reviews. It aims to give marketing teams decision clarity, cultural foresight, and creative security when developing and testing campaigns.
