75F Secures $45M Series B Funding to Enhance Building Automation
75F, a company specializing in IoT and AI-driven commercial HVAC automation, announced a $45 million Series B funding round. This funding is one of the largest in Minnesota's history and was led by Accurant International's Net Zero Alliance, with participation from Carrier Global Corporation, Climate Investment, Breakthrough Energy Ventures, Next47, and WIND Ventures.
The investment aims to support 75F's mission to make building automation more accessible and cost-effective for a wide range of commercial properties. The company plans to use the funds to scale operations and expand its energy-saving technologies beyond premium office spaces to include offices, retail spaces, school districts, municipalities, warehouses, and manufacturing sites.
75F's technology combines hardware and software solutions to provide affordable and user-friendly energy management systems. With over 1,800 installations across nine countries, the company continues to invest in its AI platform, Saffron AI, to enhance building intelligence and energy optimization.
The funding aligns with Carrier Ventures' strategic vision of smart, sustainable solutions, reinforcing their industry leadership in energy and carbon emission performance. This partnership reflects a shared commitment to advancing building automation technologies.
