
Xiao-I Expands AI Partnership with AIA China
Xiao-I Corporation has expanded its strategic partnership with AIA China through a one-year contract valued at RMB 3-4 million, announced in a press release. This collaboration involves the deployment of Xiao-I's AI-driven customer service solutions, powered by its proprietary Hua Zang Large Language Model (LLM).
The agreement includes a comprehensive AI customer service ecosystem featuring an Intelligent Dialogue Robot, Live Chat Platform, AI-Powered Seat Assistant, Knowledge Fusion System, and Outbound Call Integration. These solutions are integrated under the Hua Zang LLM, providing unified intelligence across voice, text, and data interactions.
Xiao-I's technology leverages advanced natural language processing capabilities to facilitate context-aware conversations and real-time decision support, ensuring personalized service for AIA's customers. This partnership aims to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience by eliminating siloed systems and offering a scalable, adaptable infrastructure.
