VWO and AB Tasty have introduced Wingify as the unified global brand for their merged company, announced in a press release (in German). The company also launched an agentic experience optimization platform that combines experimentation, personalization, behavioral analytics, commerce optimization, feature management, and customer engagement.

The platform collects behavioral, customer journey, affinity, intent, contextual, and emotional signals. The release calls this a Relevance Loop, in which its Wingz AI engine selects the next best action, delivers personalized experiences immediately, and measures business results through a shared data and workflow system.

Wingify says the combined company generates more than $100 million in revenue, serves over 4,000 customers, and employs more than 700 people across 11 locations. Its customers include L'Oréal, LVMH, Decathlon, Puma, Forbes, Motorola, AXA, and De Beers.
