Veritone has signed a multi-year agreement with the Riverside County Sheriff's Office to implement its AI-powered redaction software, Veritone Redact. This collaboration aims to streamline the redaction process of audio, video, and image files, thereby reducing the administrative workload and associated costs for one of the largest sheriff's departments in the United States, announced in a press release.

Veritone Redact is part of the company's Intelligent Digital Evidence Management System (iDEMS) suite. It automatically identifies and redacts sensitive information such as faces and license plates across various digital media, including bodycam and dashcam footage. The software's intuitive interface and AI workflows are designed to handle large volumes of digital evidence efficiently.
