UNLEASH and The Josh Bersin Company have announced a strategic partnership to enhance AI integration in HR through exclusive workshops and immersive experiences.

UNLEASH, a leading platform for HR innovation, has partnered with The Josh Bersin Company to advance the integration of AI in human resources. Announced on February 14, 2025, this strategic collaboration aims to provide HR and business leaders with cutting-edge AI insights and practical strategies.

The partnership will feature exclusive AI-focused workshops, including live demonstrations of Galileo™, an AI assistant designed for HR applications. These sessions will focus on integrating AI into talent acquisition, skills development, and HR technology transformation.

UNLEASH America 2025, scheduled for May 6-8 at Caesars Forum, will host over 4,000 attendees. The event will include keynote speeches from notable figures such as Max Tegmark and Dr. Joy Buolamwini, and will feature a lineup of over 200 HR leaders sharing insights across multiple stages.

The event will also introduce the HR Tech Awards in partnership with Lighthouse Research and will host the prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award on U.S. soil for the first time.
