Trua Introduces TruaBroker for Automated Compliance in Finance
Trua has launched TruaBroker, a cloud-based platform aimed at automating regulatory compliance for financial institutions, broker-dealers, and Registered Investment Advisors (RIA). Announced in a press release, TruaBroker leverages AI and proprietary algorithms to provide real-time monitoring, identity verification, and comprehensive compliance checks against authoritative sources such as the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and National Futures Association (NFA).
TruaBroker is designed to streamline the compliance process by automating tasks from onboarding to ongoing monitoring, offering real-time alerts and insights without requiring IT integration. The platform's features include continuous verification of broker registrations, licenses, and disciplinary history, as well as risk detection tools that identify potential regulatory threats. It integrates seamlessly with databases like FINRA BrokerCheck and the SEC IAPD, providing automated alerts for noncompliance and other issues.
The platform is accessible via a browser with enterprise-grade encryption, allowing organizations to subscribe on a monthly basis and scale usage as needed. TruaBroker aims to reduce the burden of manual compliance processes, enabling financial institutions to focus on growth and risk management.
