Statewide Publishing and LNS Partner to Modernize Legal Notice Infrastructure
Statewide Publishing and Legal Notice Service (LNS) have formed a strategic partnership to create the first fully connected, compliance-driven legal notice platform in the United States, announced in a press release. The collaboration combines Statewide's newspaper distribution network with LNS's compliance technology to deliver an end-to-end solution for law firms, governments, and courts.
The initial rollout includes Florida, Indiana, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Ohio, and Wisconsin, with nationwide expansion planned for 2026. The platform integrates with a360inc's CaseAware Marketplace, connecting legal workflows directly to publication and compliance systems.
Key features include zero-error compliance with court-ready affidavits, integration with trusted local publishers, real-time audit transparency, and seamless workflow adoption through CaseAware connectivity. The partnership aims to modernize the legal notice process while maintaining the central role of newspapers in public notices.
