This growth reflects the increasing demand for Somatus' integrated care model, which supports patients with kidney disease, congestive heart failure, and other complex conditions.

The company has also reported impressive clinical outcomes, including a 28% improvement in blood pressure control rates and a 48% higher home dialysis start rate compared to national benchmarks.
