CareConnect Launches AI-Driven CareConnect Engage Platform

CareConnect has introduced CareConnect Engage, powered by CoachUp Care, to enhance caregiver recruitment and engagement through an AI-driven platform.

CareConnect has launched CareConnect Engage, a new platform powered by CoachUp Care, designed to transform caregiver recruitment and engagement. Announced in a press release, the platform integrates AI-driven recruitment, scheduling, and engagement tools to address workforce challenges in the care industry.

CareConnect Engage aims to improve four key workforce metrics: increasing 90-day employee retention, boosting caregiver referrals, enhancing employee Net Promoter Scores, and unlocking workforce capacity for higher utilization and revenue. Unlike traditional rewards programs, this platform focuses on building stronger teams through purpose and culture rather than just compensation.

The platform combines CareConnect's AI-powered recruitment and scheduling engine with CoachUp Care's engagement tools, allowing care providers to personalize engagement and recognition for caregivers using real-time data. This integration streamlines vendor management and consolidates recruitment, hiring, scheduling, engagement, and retention into a single platform.

CareConnect Engage is available for preview now, with general availability set for August 2025. For more information, visit their website.
