AxisCare Launches Axi Assist AI Receptionist for Home Care
AxisCare announced in a press release the release of Axi Assist, an AI receptionist built into its home care software platform. The tool answers calls, collects information, starts workflows and escalates situations that require human involvement.
Axi Assist can manage caregiver absences and communications outside business hours. It can also contact caregivers about missed clock ins beginning one minute after a shift starts.
The tool is part of the AxisCare Intelligence suite and is available now. AxisCare serves more than 4,500 home care providers across all 50 US states and seven countries.
