Regard Launches AI Platform for Enhanced Patient Care

Regard has introduced a new AI-powered platform that combines patient chart data with physician conversations to recommend diagnoses, as announced in a press release.

Regard has introduced a groundbreaking AI-powered platform designed to enhance patient care by integrating patient chart data with conversations between patients and physicians. Announced in a press release, this platform is the first of its kind to offer Proactive Documentation, which combines all data in the patient chart with data from patient conversations to provide diagnostic insights and critical clinical context.

The platform, supported by an AI agent named Max, is expanding its reach from hospitalists to all hospital service lines. Max assists clinicians in real-time by answering questions based on patient data, summarizing encounters, and supporting clinical workflows. This innovative approach aims to bridge the gap between available patient data and actionable diagnostic insights, which has been a significant challenge for clinicians.

Regard's platform is already in use across more than 150 hospitals, helping health systems improve care while reducing documentation burdens. It supports all specialties and broad documentation workflows, including notes, discharge summaries, and attestations, thereby enhancing both clinical and administrative processes.
