Sivers Semiconductors Reports 24% Revenue Growth in Q3 2025

Sivers Semiconductors reported a 24% year-over-year revenue increase to SEK 72.5 million in Q3 2025, supported by new partnerships, leadership appointments, and a successful capital raise to fund R&D and expansion.

Sweden-based Sivers Semiconductors reported strong third-quarter results for 2025, showing a 24% year-over-year revenue increase to SEK 72.5 million, announced in a press release. At constant exchange rates, revenue grew 34% year-over-year, while adjusted EBITDA improved 4% compared to the same quarter in 2024.

Product revenues reached SEK 18.9 million, a 15% increase from the previous year, as the company continued its shift toward a product-driven business model. Sivers ended the quarter with SEK 87.6 million in available cash, after repaying $2.5 million of its U.S. bank loan and retiring half of its outstanding loan warrants.

Operational highlights included the appointment of Heine Thorsgaard as Chief Financial Officer and Neeraj Chopra as VP of Global Operations & Quality. The company also expanded its market reach through a partnership with POET Technologies to develop external light sources and engines for pluggables and co-packaged optics in AI data centers.

Sivers noted growing technical engagements related to the modernization of European SATCOM infrastructure under the IRIS2 program and reported increased investor participation from Sweden, Poland, Denmark, and Norway following its recent capital raise. The company stated it aims to use the strengthened balance sheet to accelerate R&D and broaden market coverage going into 2026.
