Xsight Labs Raises Over $300 Million at $2.8 Billion Valuation

Xsight Labs has raised more than $300 million in a funding round that values the semiconductor company at $2.8 billion. The company plans to use the capital for its switch and DPU roadmap, hiring, manufacturing, supply chain, and customer deliveries.

Xsight Labs has closed a funding round of more than $300 million at a $2.8 billion valuation, the company said in a press release. The round was led by Fidelity Management & Research Company, with participation from new and existing investors.

Xsight Labs is a fabless semiconductor company based in San Jose and Tel Aviv. Its products include the E1 Data Processing Unit and X2 switch for hyperscale, edge, and AI data center networks.

The company said its E1 DPU and X2 switch have been selected by multiple global network operators for edge and network infrastructure. It also said its silicon is under evaluation in labs at large hyperscalers.

Xsight Labs plans to use the capital to expand its switch and DPU roadmap, including support for Ultra Ethernet Consortium standards. It also plans to grow engineering and customer support teams in the United States, Israel, Europe, and Asia, and to scale manufacturing, supply chain, and customer delivery operations.
