Second Nature Raises $22M Series B to Expand AI Roleplay Training Platform
AI sales training company Second Nature has raised $22 million in a Series B funding round led by Sienna Venture Capital, with participation from Bright Pixel, StageOne Ventures, Cardumen, Signals VC, and Zoom, which is also a customer, announced in a press release.
The company’s platform uses AI to simulate realistic roleplay scenarios for sales and service teams, analyzing recorded calls and marketing materials to create customized training sessions. Users interact with AI avatars that mimic customer responses, receiving performance feedback after each session. The system supports more than 20 languages and allows teams to set up training scenarios within an hour of onboarding.
Second Nature’s clients include major brands such as Oracle, Adobe, Teleperformance, and Check Point. The company reports that its customers have seen sales increases of over 20% after short training sessions and significant reductions in onboarding time. Zoom, for example, saw opportunities per sales representative more than double after adopting the platform.
Co-founder and CEO Ariel Hitron said the new funding will support product and technology expansion, enabling deeper integration of AI-driven training, coaching, and certification tools into enterprise workflows.
