Netlist and Samsung Sign AI Memory Alliance

Netlist and Samsung signed five year agreements covering patent licensing, memory supply, and technology cooperation. Samsung will access Netlist patents for server DIMM and High Bandwidth Memory technologies.

Netlist and Samsung signed five year agreements covering a patent portfolio cross license, memory product supply, and technology cooperation, Netlist said in a press release.

Under the agreements, Samsung will receive access to Netlist's full patent portfolio, including server DIMM and High Bandwidth Memory technologies. Samsung will also supply Netlist with DRAM and NAND products.

The companies agreed to settle and mutually release all pending legal actions. In connection with the supply agreement, Samsung will purchase ten million shares of Netlist common stock.

Netlist said more details are available in a Form 8-K filed with the SEC. The company also scheduled a conference call for Aug. 5 at 8:30 a.m. Eastern time to discuss the agreements.
