ClaimsBridge Gets Eir Partners Investment and Buys DialysisPPO
ClaimsBridge has received a strategic investment from Eir Partners and acquired DialysisPPO, announced in a press release.
ClaimsBridge provides claim and network technology for third party administrators, networks, and employers. Its Celerity engine uses AI to support a single vendor claim workflow before adjudication.
DialysisPPO specializes in cost containment for end stage renal disease and chronic dialysis treatment. The company was founded in 2006 and says its patented program has helped payers save more than $325 million by capturing Medicare savings on dialysis claims without waiting for the usual thirty month coordination period.
ClaimsBridge said clients will gain access to DialysisPPO's dialysis claims savings program alongside its existing cost management services. The company said client teams, processes, and service standards will remain unchanged after the investment and acquisition.
