Smallest.ai Raises $13 Million Series A for Enterprise Voice AI
Smallest.ai has raised a $13 million Series A led by Seligman Ventures, bringing its total funding to more than $21 million, the company announced in a press release. The round included participation from Sierra Ventures and 3one4 Capital.
The San Francisco company is building voice AI infrastructure for enterprises. It plans to expand its core platform across financial services, healthcare, contact centers, and business process outsourcing.
Smallest.ai describes its platform as Voice 4.0, with systems that process listening, reasoning, action, and response in parallel rather than in sequence. Its Hydra model is designed for speech to speech interactions, tool use during conversations, interruptions, and lower latency.
The company also offers Pulse STT Pro and Lightning V3.1. Pulse STT Pro supports 38 languages and includes speaker diarization, emotion detection, code switching, noise reduction, and PII and PCI redaction. Smallest.ai said it works with organizations including RingCentral, Truecaller, Readymode, Piramal, Kogta, and Pocket.
