Salesforce Unveils Agentforce 360 Ahead of Dreamforce Conference
Salesforce Inc. announced Agentforce 360, the newest version of its AI agent platform, ahead of its annual Dreamforce conference. The update is designed to expand enterprise use of AI agents through new tools for creation, deployment, and collaboration.
Agentforce 360 introduces Agent Script, a prompting tool that allows users to program AI agents using conditional logic. The feature, entering beta in November, enables agents to handle more flexible scenarios such as customer queries. The platform supports “reasoning” models from Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google Gemini, which are designed to generate more deliberate responses.
The release also includes Agentforce Builder, a unified environment for building, testing, and deploying AI agents. This tool integrates with Agentforce Vibes, an AI coding feature introduced earlier this month. Salesforce said both tools will be available in beta in November.
The company is expanding Agentforce’s integration with Slack, allowing core apps such as Sales, IT, and HR to operate directly within the messaging platform. Slack is also piloting an upgraded Slackbot that functions as a personalized AI agent. Salesforce plans to roll out additional connectors for Gmail, Outlook, and Dropbox in early 2026.
According to the company, Agentforce now has more than 12,000 customers, with early adopters of the new platform including Lennar, Adecco, and Pearson.
