Blackbaud Previews AI Admissions Agent for K12 Schools
Blackbaud has shared new AI capabilities for independent K12 schools, announced in a press release at its 2026 K12 User Conference. The company previewed a tool called Admissions Agent, designed to guide prospective families, improve enrollment outcomes, and simplify admissions workflows.
The Admissions Agent will identify drop-off points in the admissions process, provide rapid responses to questions, and help maintain engagement with applicants. Blackbaud stated that the system will reduce administrative burdens and increase the number of qualified applications.
According to the announcement, these AI features are part of Blackbaud’s wider initiative to embed AI across its K12 solutions in order to streamline operations and support educational institutions.
