IntelAgree Introduces Saige Assist Agent for Contract Management
IntelAgree announced in a press release the launch of Saige Assist Agent, a general-purpose AI agent now in the final stage of private beta. The agent uses a customer's own clause library, playbooks, and negotiation history to answer questions, compare versions, and redline contracts directly within the IntelAgree platform or Microsoft Word add-in.
Unlike tools limited to specific contract tasks, Saige Assist Agent works across an entire contract portfolio. It can build dashboards, analyze agreements, and perform approval-gated actions such as creating or editing playbooks and personas. Each step requires human approval before changes are saved.
The agent also includes shareable personas and a library of reusable prompts, allowing teams to standardize and accelerate work. It can summarize risk, build reports, and run scripts to transform raw contract data into visual outputs.
Saige Assist Agent builds on IntelAgree’s existing features for contract redlining, negotiation, extraction, and risk analysis. It integrates with platforms including Salesforce, Workday, and Bullhorn and adheres to compliance standards such as SOC 2 Type II, GDPR, and HIPAA. Customers may request beta access through their IntelAgree representatives.
