DriveCentric Introduces AI Service-to-Sales Agent for Dealerships
DriveCentric announced in a press release the launch of its Service-to-Sales Agent, an AI tool designed to identify service customers with trade-in potential and convert them into sales opportunities. The new agent is built directly into the DriveCentric Engagement Platform, leveraging the company's Genius AI and existing CRM data to automate personalized customer conversations.
The Service-to-Sales Agent allows dealerships to find trade-in prospects without using additional vendors or integrations. It uses existing customer, vehicle, and service information to initiate communication and feed leads into current campaigns, reporting, and messaging workflows. All related activity appears on the unified DriveCentric Customer Card for complete visibility across teams.
Developed by DriveCentric AI Labs, the Service-to-Sales Agent joins the company's expanding portfolio of native AI agents, following the earlier release of the Performance Management Agent. The new tool is available now for early access, with general availability scheduled for August 1.
