Saile Raises $2.2 Million to Streamline Healthcare Staffing with AI Agents
Saile has raised $2.2 million in an oversubscribed pre-seed funding round led by Matchstick Ventures, with participation from Headwater Ventures, announced in a press release. The company also emerged from stealth with more than 5,000 physicians on its platform and a growing network of healthcare facility partners across telemedicine, per diem, locum, consulting, and ambulatory centers.
The platform aims to simplify the complex process of healthcare staffing and credentialing. It offers physicians a portable credential passport containing verified credentials that can be used across different care opportunities. Facilities can access a pre-vetted pool of clinicians without relying on recruiters or external credentialing firms.
Saile operates five modular AI agents that automate key administrative functions: Recruit, Onboard, Credential, Staffing, and Compliance. These agents replace months of manual coordination traditionally required between hospitals, staffing agencies, and credentialing firms.
The company plans to use the new funding to expand its AI infrastructure, strengthen marketplace capabilities, and build deeper integrations with healthcare technology platforms. Saile currently works across various healthcare environments, including urgent care clinics, telemedicine platforms, and acute care hospitals.
