LivePerson has appointed Ryan Vardeman to its Board of Directors, bringing extensive experience in finance, corporate strategy, and investment management focused on technology and software companies.

LivePerson has appointed Ryan Vardeman to its Board of Directors, effective immediately, announced in a press release. Vardeman brings extensive experience in finance, corporate strategy, and investment management, particularly within the technology and software sectors.

Vardeman is the co-founder and principal of Palogic Value Management, L.P., an investment management firm. He has previously served on the boards of BSQUARE Corporation, where he chaired the Board and Compensation Committee, and INTEVAC, Inc.

Jim Miller, LivePerson’s Board Chair, said Vardeman’s expertise in finance, operations, and corporate strategy will support the company’s continued focus on delivering value to shareholders and customers. Vardeman expressed enthusiasm about contributing to LivePerson’s efforts in conversational AI and digital transformation.
