River Pines Capital Invests in GrowthLoop to Expand AI Marketing Capabilities
In a press release, River Pines Capital announced a strategic equity investment in GrowthLoop, a company known for its AI-powered composable marketing technology. The investment aims to accelerate GrowthLoop’s development of its Compound Marketing Engine and support expansion into new and existing verticals.
GrowthLoop’s platform operates on top of enterprise data warehouses, enabling marketers to activate first-party data across personalized campaigns. The system employs AI agents to assist in audience creation, real-time journey building, and campaign optimization based on performance data.
As part of the partnership, River Pines Capital’s founder and managing partner, Thomas Kearney, will continue serving on GrowthLoop’s board of directors. The collaboration will also focus on identifying acquisition and partnership opportunities aligned with GrowthLoop’s long-term growth strategy.
The announcement follows several milestones for GrowthLoop, including the launch of its Compound Marketing Engine earlier this year and a tailored version designed for retailers to build commerce media networks.
