REItrades Plans AI Marketplace for Commercial Real Estate Sales

REItrades plans to launch a commercial real estate marketplace for investment sales valued at $5 million or more, the company said in a press release. The platform connects brokers and sellers with approved buyers, including general partners from more than 3,400 commercial real estate investment firms.

Buyers must manage at least $10 million in assets to join. Listings are limited to approved buyers, while property codes let sellers and listing brokers control access and distribution.

An AI marketing engine generates executive summaries, property teasers, offering memorandums and other materials using seller information, ZIP code demographic and market data, aerial maps and templates tailored to each asset class. The platform also includes electronic NDA signing, confidential file sharing, buyer activity analytics, offers, counteroffers and due diligence tracking.
