RD Technologies' OristaPay Launches AI Payment Gateway on Telegram with TON and BytePlus
RD Technologies has introduced an AI payment gateway through its brand OristaPay in collaboration with The Open Network (TON) and BytePlus, announced in a press release. The system enables AI agents within Telegram to carry out digital transactions directly inside chat interfaces.
Unveiled at the Hong Kong Web3 Festival, the integration allows Telegram-based AI agents powered by BytePlus’ large language model to recognize user intent and execute payments via OristaPay’s digital wallet channel on the TON blockchain. A demonstration showed an AI agent completing a USDT transaction without leaving the chat.
OristaPay’s infrastructure supports functions such as receivables, payables, deposits, remittances, and wealth management. The company described the setup as a bridge between on-chain assets and off-chain commercial use cases, creating what it calls a conversation-as-a-transaction experience for Telegram’s global user base.
According to RD Technologies, the solution offers standardized interfaces for developers to integrate compliant digital payment and settlement capabilities into their Telegram bots while maintaining a focus on regulatory compliance within Hong Kong’s financial framework.
