SignalPlus Raises $50 Million at $500 Million Valuation to Expand Trading Infrastructure
SignalPlus has closed a $50 million Series B1 funding round at a post-money valuation of $500 million, announced in a press release. The round was led by HashKey Capital, with participation from BlockBooster and AppWorks. Goldman Sachs acted as the sole financial advisor for the transaction.
The Hong Kong-based company provides institutional infrastructure for digital assets options and derivatives trading. Its platform offers professional analytics, risk management, and execution tools for market makers, asset managers, and hedge funds across both digital and traditional markets. SignalPlus reported $160 billion in platform volume during the fourth quarter of 2025, with nearly $70 billion in Block-RFQ transactions processed through Deribit.
SignalPlus plans to use the new funding to support product diversification and international expansion. The company will also roll out an upgraded version of its trading platform that integrates agentic AI powered by its proprietary QuantLab engine. This upgrade will allow users to analyze volatility structures, back-test strategies, and create automated trading modules.
The company is expanding its technology suite to include structured commodity products, aiming to modernize markets that still depend on legacy infrastructure.
