Quiet Professionals and Spathe Systems have merged under the new name Endurion, a defense and technology company supporting U.S. Special Operations and national security missions. The launch, announced during SOF Week 2026, introduces Endurion's integrated capabilities across intelligence, operations, and technology.

In a press release, Quiet Professionals and Spathe Systems announced they have merged to form Endurion, a defense and technology company supporting Special Operations and national security missions. The launch coincides with SOF Week 2026 in Tampa, Florida, marking the official debut of the combined organization.

Endurion unifies technology, intelligence, and operational expertise into a single framework designed to support complex missions. The company is backed by McNally Capital and Nio Advisors. It has recently secured two major contracts, including an approximately $85 million, five-year award from USSOCOM and a multi-million dollar bridge contract supporting SOUTHCOM Enhanced Domain Awareness work.

At the center of Endurion’s offering is Pathfinder, an intelligence system that processes data from mobile sensors, vehicles, and public sources in real time. The system provides a unified operational picture to enable faster decision-making and situational awareness across mission environments.

The company’s integrated model connects data, analytics, platforms, and personnel across planning, execution, and sustainment phases, reflecting its goal to deliver continuous and connected mission capabilities.
